The 2021 USA Prime - MIchigan 11u team will be lead by Andy Kohl and assisted by various instructors of the Michigan Connect Training Center.   Coach Kohl returns to the organization for the third year.  He is a high school science teacher who understands how to communicate with kids.

Coach Kohl, like all USA Prime coaches receive compensation.  But this is much more than just a “paid” coach.  USA Prime Michigan coaches sign an 11 page official contract.  They are paid by USA Prime national and all coaches go through a background check.  Also, all USA Prime Michigan coaches will go through USA Baseball’s Coaches Certification program.

Members of USA Prime - Michigan 9u team receive the following:

• Discounted private lessons and camps

• Swing analysis using Blast Motion Sensor

• Throwing analysis using Diamond Kinetics Pitch Tracker

• Swing and throwing analysis by USA Prime’s MLB Scouts

• Corrective videos for swing and throwing deficiencies

• Individual strength and mobility plan

• Individual nutrition plan

USA Prime is a national organization with well over 160 teams nationwide.  With USA Prime’s national assistance, Michigan will lead the region in player development as proven by the technology we use to assist and develop players.
